Trimble Paydirt® SiteWork

The Trimble Paydirt® SiteWork module is a powerful estimator's tool. It is used for calculating site earthwork and material quantities, and performing detailed analysis of a site project. The software allows estimators to determine excavation cut and fill volumes, and strip volumes for an entire site or for selected regions of a site.  Material areas and volumes for asphalt, concrete, base and other materials can also be calculated and converted to tons.

Paydirt SiteWork is versatile, fast and remarkably easy to use. Simply digitize or import plan view data, and with the click of a button you can run volume reports, 3 dimensional views of the site, color shaded cut / fill location maps, and much more.  The software's import capabilities allow for survey data of an existing site to be compared with design data for the future site. By comparing the design with the real world you can easily verify the accuracy of the plans before any dirt is moved.

Once the surface data is in Paydirt SiteWork, you can create 3D color surface models and examine the surface model from any angle of rotation. This lets you verify the accuracy of the data, enhance presentations and improve communication with prospective customers.

Paydirt SiteWork produces detailed excavation and material volume reports that allow you to generate bank cut and fill volumes, and account shrink and swell to get adjusted cut and fill numbers.  Total area of cut and area of fill is provided to help determine production rates along with strip volumes.  Material areas, volumes and converted quantities are provided and totaled by type of material.  All text reports can be saved to an Excel file format enabling easy import into spreadsheets and construction bidding software.
